By accessing and using the Syndiqo platform (syndiqo.app), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
Syndiqo is a SaaS platform for managing calls for proposals for co-ownership property managers in Morocco. It allows property managers to create structured calls for proposals, providers to submit offers, and residents to review and vote on received proposals.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Syndiqo reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these terms.
Creating and publishing calls for proposals on Syndiqo is free. An optional boost service highlights a listing at the top of the list for 29 MAD per listing for 7 days. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may be changed with 30 days' notice.
Users agree to: use the platform for its intended purpose, not publish illegal or misleading content, respect other users and providers, not attempt to bypass security measures, and report abusive behavior.
The Syndiqo platform, its design, source code, logos, and content are protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
Syndiqo provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Syndiqo is not responsible for decisions made by property managers based on received offers, nor for the quality of services provided by providers registered on the platform.
You can terminate your account at any time from your settings or by contacting us. Syndiqo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access in case of violation of these terms, with prior notice except in emergencies.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to the use of Syndiqo will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rabat, Morocco.
